Shipping & delivery

Orders are processed within 5 working days (Monday through Friday 10am-6pm, not including holidays), pending payment authorisation and verification. Shipping times depend on the type of shipment selected. products will shipped directly from UK. IMPORTANT - If a package is returned to the UK because the buyer did not claim the package, Throttle Rockers does not send replacements.

Throttle Rockers is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. Throttle Rockers has no control over this.  The buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and Throttle Rockers has no way of knowing what these charges may be.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns can be made only if the product(s) is / are in unworn condition. Acceptable reasons for a return: factory defects, wrong colour or size was sent, or error on our part. Customers must send us an e-mail stating their name and invoice number within 5 days of receiving the product if they are requesting a return. We will email you instructions on how to return the product. We will pay for the shipment back to us and back to you again.

At this time, our Exchange policy doesn’t cover products ordered in the wrong size, and we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Because of that, we won’t be able to issue you a refund for the order. Thank you for understanding.

Additionally, by using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure.
